3-Day Silent Meditation Retreat

Step away from the noise and reconnect with what truly matters through an immersive retreat experience that transforms from the inside out.

Just a two-hour Amtrak train ride from NYC, with pickup available at Hudson Station.

A Journey of Awakening, Expanding, and Evolving.

Discover the life-changing potential of meditation, silence, and yogic practices in just three meaningful days.

During the retreat, you’ll follow a peaceful daily rhythm—starting with early morning meditation, nourishing meals, uplifting music, and inspiring workshops. Each part of the day is designed to help you reconnect with yourself and what truly matters.

You’ll also spend time in nature, with a guided walk through the forest—a favorite moment for many participants. In the stillness of the natural world, it's easier to find inner calm and deepen your sense of connection.

our food

Our food is lacto-vegetarian (Sattvic food*) with vegan options.

We believe that food is an important part of any retreat, and we want to make sure that everyone has something to enjoy. Our chefs create delicious and nutritious meals that are lacto-vegetarian. We also avoid using onion, garlic, and mushrooms, as these ingredients are not conducive to meditation and yoga practices. We offer vegan options. We do not serve alcohol or allow drugs on our premises. Alcohol and drugs can interfere with the meditation and yoga process, so we do not serve them on our premises. We hope that you will enjoy our delicious and healthy food during your stay at our retreat.

*Sattvic food: food that is good for the body and mind. All the staple food-grains such as rice, wheat, barley, etc.; all the beans, pulses,  all fruits and roots; all kinds of vegetables, milk and milk products; all green and leafy vegetables

Exceptions: except masúr [an orange-coloured lentil] and khesári dal; except violet-colored carrots, white eggplants, onions, garlic and mushrooms;  except leafy red puni and leafy green mustard.

All varieties of spices except garam masalá(1) and all kinds of sweets, can be taken.

Here are some additional tips for preparing for a weekend retreat:

  • Read our website or contact us to get more information about the schedule, activities, and policies.
  • If you have any dietary restrictions or special needs, be sure to let us know in advance.
  • Pack your bags. Make sure to pack comfortable clothes, shoes, and toiletries. You may also want to pack a journal, a book, and a meditation cushion.
  • Bring a positive attitude and an open mind. Retreats can be a great opportunity to learn and grow, so be prepared to step outside of your comfort zone and experience new things.
  • Take care of yourself. Make sure to get enough sleep, eat healthy foods, and drink plenty of water. It's also important to take breaks throughout the day and practice self-care.
  • Leave your phone and other distractions behind. The goal of a retreat is to focus on yourself and your well-being, so it's best to avoid distractions.
