Our food is lacto-vegetarian (Sattvic food*) with vegan options.
We believe that food is an important part of any retreat, and we want to make sure that everyone has something to enjoy. Our chefs create delicious and nutritious meals that are lacto-vegetarian. We also avoid using onion, garlic, and mushrooms, as these ingredients are not conducive to meditation and yoga practices. We offer vegan options. We do not serve alcohol or allow drugs on our premises. Alcohol and drugs can interfere with the meditation and yoga process, so we do not serve them on our premises. We hope that you will enjoy our delicious and healthy food during your stay at our retreat.
